Thing #15
It was hard searching for what I wanted, homepage was chaotic, but I did finally click on a comedy spot, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The sound was great, probably would have been even funnier if there had been some visuals. I will definitely go back and play around some more on that site. A good place to go after a hard's day work. :)

Thing14 Wikis
With blackboard, I really think that it would be very difficult to keep up both a wiki page and blackboard. As well as I know myself, I would need to do one or the other. Wikipedia offers too much room for intrusions, so my choice would be blackboard.
Thing 13 Slideshare
This was really cool, it can be very beneficial to for students who have internet access, but do not have programs like power point, they can view the information from slide share.
Thing 12 Video Sharing
I do understand that free sites need to be paid for in some way, but the commercials before videos really irk me. The site is very useful from a teacher standpoint, I have utilized it many times, You tube is a good way to allow family to see those comical moments, that might take quite a bit of time to otherwise deliver.
I really liked google docs, for one it allows you to maintain ownership of your documents, you can basically send one document that cannot be changed unless you give permission. I had fun with google docs! It is easier than open office to navigate through, I was able to insert images and text, and even post on my Igoogle page. Yea for me!!!!
Thing 10 Tagging and Delicious
Delicious.com/redg50, I was unable to officially bookmark or tag anything, it was really quite confusing and frustrating. I was able to find a url that I wanted to tag, but unable to follow process. Not really a computer person, and I did not see where this would help me improve my computer interaction, but will help with computer literacy.
Thing 9 Twitter
Oh twitter, not the most fun thing, I really did not care for it, it appears to be similar to facebook, but you cannot see all the pictures, and you are limited in the amount of letters and words that you can use. But, it is a cool place to keep up with celebrities and you can receive information in real time.
Thing 8 Facebook
I really, really like facebook, it allows you to keep up with family and friends in one cool swipe. I am not much into joining the groups, but quite a few of them are very interesting. You can easily get addicted to facebook. I also like the fact that you can talk privately to people, if they are online, which brings me to the point, that I don't like the fact that your comments are viewable by everyone, but I also understand that that is its purpose.
Thing 7 RSS Reader
I found RSS feed to be quite confusing and difficult for me to use, it is handy due to the fact that you can view multiple articles @ one time. My mind is on vacation from school and work, so it is hard to compose

Distributed Learning Credits
This should be worth all eighteen (18), 'cause 30*23=690 minutes, which I ain't no math teacher, so tell me in real time, I know we have a math teacher on board. I think it is eleven hours and thirty minutes.
